Men With Their Pants Down

Diego Maki was using the urinal when Ryan Valley finished drying his hands and hit the handicap assistance button on his way out. The door swung open into the hallway of Blue Sky Junior High for exactly 9 seconds which was enough to change Diego’s life forever.

Later, while eating some greasy pizza, peg whispered in his ear, “I saw you holding your wiener.”
And on the bus, between popping her gum, Heather called out, “WHAT were you doing in the bathroom!”
And then finally Sarah Ramsay, who he thought he might marry someday, “if you want to expose yourself at least do it respectfully on the Internet”
Diego took refuge in the stall from then on, but they were on to him. ‘Girl-Boy’ they called him. And often a few boys raided the bathroom; tampons raining down on Diego hidden in the stall trying to avoid further embarrassment. Eventually the hazing stopped, but Diego never made it out of the stall.
Instead, years later, he made a name for himself as a well respected painter.
